Descripción general del puesto:
We are seeking an exceptional intern to join our team for a 10-week internship in the summer of 2025. This position will report to the Managing Director, Carlene Østergaard, and will touch all four holdings companies. The successful candidate will tackle an independent project based on their skill set and education and will be determined before the summer, supported closely by our teams. Projects could be process and Biz Ops oriented (an intro to a Chief of Staff type role), strategy focused, or a mixture of the two. With 1:1 mentorship and direct access to the management team, no two days will be the same.

Responsabilidades clave:

  1. Independent Project Development:
    • Identify and define a specific area within Business Operations or Strategy that presents opportunities for improvement or innovation.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant data and insights related to the chosen project.
  2. Analysis and Recommendations:
    • Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze current processes, performance metrics, and strategic approaches.
    • Develop actionable recommendations based on findings that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Engage with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather input and feedback on project ideas and findings.
    • Present insights and recommendations to management and relevant teams to foster alignment and support for proposed initiatives.
  4. Implementation Planning (if applicable):
    • Provide a plan for implementation of recommended strategies or improvements, including timelines, key milestones, and resource requirements.
    • Identify potential challenges and risks associated with the implementation of recommendations.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document the project process, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
    • Prepare a final presentation summarizing the project results and next steps for stakeholders.

Cualificaciones:

  • Currently enrolled in a business bachelors or MBA program with a focus on Business Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting is a plus.
  • Most importantly, an all-around good person with an exceptionally curious mind and a sense of humor.
