Position Summary
At Sunesis, we believe that great project managers start by understanding the work from the ground up. Our philosophy is simple: hands-on field experience builds the foundation for strong leadership and successful project delivery. The Field Intern role is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in construction project management. This role provides hands-on experience in the field, working alongside skilled laborers and site supervisors to gain a deep understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and job site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist field crews with daily construction tasks, including general labor and potentially light operating.
- Learn and apply basic construction techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Support site supervisors in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Observe and document field activities to understand scheduling, quality control, and workflow.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Interest in a career in construction management or related field.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
