Sunesis Construction is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support technology initiatives that help drive the success of our construction projects and business operations.
As an IT Intern, you’ll work with our technology and operations teams to support systems, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for office and field employees.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, device deployment, and system maintenance.
- Support user account management, software installations, and system updates.
- Document processes and help identify technology improvements.
- Research technology solutions and support data management and reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments and participate in technology projects and process improvements.

Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
- Previous IT, technical support, or technology-related experience.
