We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team for a 10-week internship. The successful candidate will tackle an independent project based on their skill set and determined before the summer, supported closely by our IT and operations teams. Examples could include a comprehensive systems overview, identifying areas for optimization, and/or developing a strategic plan for future technology initiatives within the company.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Systems Overview:
- Analyze current IT systems and software utilized within the company.
- Review existing workflows and processes to understand how technology is supporting operations.
- Optimization:
- Identify areas for potential improvement in existing IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to gather data and insights on system performance.
- Develop recommendations for optimizing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Future Strategy Development:
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends related to construction and IT.
- Assist in formulating a strategic plan for technology adoption, including timelines and implementation phases.
- Prepare a presentation of findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work alongside various departments to understand their technological needs and challenges.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Cualificaciones:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications.
